Neo’s story
From hopeless to full of hope
Neo has spent the first year of his life in a tiny cage, without water or shelter from the weathers. He was dehydrated and close to a heatstroke,hopeless ,sad and desperate for love.
Neo is at our center where he learned what it means to be a happy, playful puppy. He is full of energy and love.
